Guests were asked to enter the rave cave, an old wine cellar that has been transformed into the party hub of this wedding venue, the newlyweds updated their outfits and prepared to be announced in to their favourite song “Wake me up” by Avicci.

Guests surrounded the newlweds who cut the cake with a sword courtesy of Casa Santonja. The cake was designed by Ela Hornea, from Valencia, a Venezuelan baker who used Madagascan Vanilla sponge with Dulce de Leche filling, a traditional Latin American cake flavour to represent the Bride’s Colombian roots.

The wedding table was decorated by the Bride’s mother and the cake topper was designed by Corny Handmade in Hanoi with the help of a neighbour – Ngoc, it represented Mia (furmaid in absentia). Photos of Mia were also affixed to white wooden boards so that she could be there on the day.

The first dance was “Everything I Do” by Bryan Adams, special to the newlyweds as it was the first (and only) concert that the Bride has ever gone to, and the first they ever went to together. After the first dance began, the Groom invited all other couples to join them on the dancefloor before the party started.
