* Please note the Wedding Planner will indicate the time to set off and guide guests a five+ minute walk down the cobbled streets of Altea to the bus which is in a designated car park as the bus will leave punctually we urge all guests to remain with the group to avoid being left behind.
** Please note the Newlyweds will have a full bar from 20:00 until midnight or so of the party after which a Cash Bar policy will apply.
*** Please prebook a taxi/book a cab on the night if you wish to leave before 00:30 on the Coach. Please note there may be a 20 minutes minimum wait times after the Fiesta is over for taxis.

The Church
We will be marrying at “Nuestra Señora del Consuelo” at Plaza Iglesia, 2, 03590 Altea, Alicante, Spain at 12:00. We’ll aim for everyone to arrive at least 30 mins before the ceremony begins. We’d kindly ask all phones be switched off or placed on silent and no photographs or video be taken.
The Catholic service will be in English and should take between 50 and 60 minutes. A wedding program will be provided for everyone to follow. It is an intimate wedding so we will ask that each row has a maximum of four guests per row.
The Banquet
Cocktails, canapes, dinner and dancing will all happen at the leaf-clad “Casa Santonja” at CV-729, s/n, 03778 Beniarbeig, Alicante Region, Spain from 16:00 until 00:30 . It is a listed building of historical importance to the region of Alicante and is on consecrated land as it is also home to a picturesque little Catholic chapel. The Menu
We will ensure vegans, pescatarians, vegetarians, frutarians, celiacs, or even keto-ers are all well informed and cared for by our caterers on our Wedding Day. It will be a four course meal starting with Fish Starters, Sorbet Palette Cleansers, Meat Mains, Desserts and wines or soft drinks.
Photography
Please note we kindly ask for an #unplugged wedding ceremony at the church, so we’d be grateful if no photos/videos are taken inside the church for the duration of the ceremony.
Guests are encouraged to take photos at the Wedding banquet/fiesta but we’d really appreciate if photos of the couple weren’t posted on social media accounts without checking in with us first please (guests tipsy-faced selfies are perfectly ok though!). We’d love to see the snaps you capture at our Wedding Banquet so please feel free to use #tomandlorena or tag our wedding insta @wesaidsi2forever. Once our professional Wedding Gallery is final we’ll be sure to share this with everyone near and far.
